FACE 3
Brian Campbell measured the centre hole of this face to be 15.92 mm across, East-West, which converts to .62677165-inches.
The sought after diameter was .625" (5/8ths) and the over-reach represented only about 1/570th of an inch and visually undetectable. A mathematical progression based upon this value, generates the following numbers:
.625, 1.25, 1.875, 2.5, 3.125, 3.75, 4.375, 5, 5.625, 6.25, 6.875, 7.5, 8.125, 8.75, 9.375, 10, 10.625, 11.25, etc. The progression goes on to produce 20.625, 22.5, 168.75, 525, etc.
The values could be applied to 360-degree compass readings, thus, 11.25, 22.5, 45, etc. The 20.625" value would be the 2nd of 3 Egyptian Royal Cubits and if this length was read as miles then 20.625-miles X 1200 = 24750-miles, the equatorial circumference reading for navigation under the English mile method.
The progression advances to generate the number 130636800' for the 24883.2-Greek mile reading of the equatorial circumference.
Brian Campbell's North-South measurement was 16.11 mm, which equates to .63425197-inches. The intended code was .6336" (396/625ths or about 1/500th shortfall) as this value was a specialised number for determining the equatorial size of the Earth, in Egyptian Royal Cubits, under 3 systems of navigation. Brian's measurement is correct to over 1/1500th of an inch.
Of interest is the fact that the Roman Modius volume for dry measure was 633.6 cubic inches.
THE FIRST OUTWARDS CONCENTRIC RING INNER EDGE
One cross measure produces the value .6875" (11/16ths) of an inch. The mathematical progression goes"
.6875, 1.375, 2.0625, 2.75, 3.475, 4.125, 4.8125, 5.5, 6.1875, 6.875, 7.5625, 8.25, 8.9375, 9.625, 1.03125, 11, 11.6875, 12.375, 13.0625, 13.75, 14.4375, 15.125, 15.8125, 16.5, etc. The string grows to 20.625, 24.75, 60.50 and 68.75, etc.
This progression identifies how to divide up the equatorial circumference of the Earth into minutes, degrees and the whole world circuit values under the so-called English 5280' mile system of navigation.
This system is, symbolically at least, based upon the length of the Great Pyramid of Egypt elongated by a mere 3-inches (756' to 756.25'). Two circumnavigations then equate to 6050' for 1-minute of equatorial arc. The progression generates the Egyptian Royal cubit value related to this navigational system (20.625"). It later identifies the 1/8th, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4ths & full values for 1-minute of equatorial arc. Under this system the value 68.75-miles would be 1-degree of arc and 24750 miles (68.75 X 360) would be the assigned value for the full equatorial circumference.
It seems obligatory that there would have been an incised cut or mark in the paving stones at the base of the Great Pyramid, showing this 3" elongation.
The progression advances to produce 130680000' or the 24750 English mile reading of the equatorial circumference.
A SECOND CROSS MEASURE TO THE SAME OUTER EDGE, 90-DEGREES OPPOSED
This produces the value, .6804" and the mathematical progression that the value generates is the following:
.6804, 1.3608, 2.0412, 2.7216, 3.402, etc. The progression goes on to generate 1701, 54432, 6804, etc.
The progression relates to the 6804-day duration of the Lunar Nutation cycle, wherein the moon goes to lunar major standstill, returns to lunar minor standstill then returns to lunar major standstill again. This duration takes 6798.36-days, but the ancient mathematicians described the cycle in factorable, easily broken down, numbers of 6804-days. Also the sum of 6804 feet is an incremental value within the 130636800' (12 X 12 X 12 X 12 X 1.2 Greek mile) equatorial circumference. Therefore 130636800 ÷ 6804 = 19200.
The progression advances to finally generate the value 130636800' (the equatorial circumference of the Earth under the 5250' mile system).
DISTANCE TO THE CENTRE TROUGH OF THE FIRST OUTWARDS RING
This measures .72" and the mathematical progression, based upon this root value goes like this:
.72, 1.44, 2.16, 2.88, 3.6, 4.32, 5.04, 5.76, 6.48, 7.2, 7.92, 8.64, 9.36, 10.08, 10.8, 11.52, 12.24, 12.96, 13.68, 14.4, 15.12, 15.84, 16.56, 17.28, 18, etc.
Very useful numbers related to Precession of the Equinoxes, the diameter of the Earth, a second of equatorial arc, Great Pyramid and navigation values or the cubic foot are represented by this progression, which would have been pressed into service for all manner of calculations.
The progression advances to finally generate the value 130636800' (the equatorial circumference of the Earth under the 5250' mile system).
DISTANCE TO THE OUTER EDGE OF THE FIRST OUTWARDS RING
This diameter measures .756" and would provide the essential values for navigating by the system encoded into the base dimensions of the Great Pyramid:
.756, 1.512, 2.268, 3.024, 3.78, 4.536, 5.292, 6.048, 6.804, 7.56, 8.316, 9.072, 9.828, 10.584, 11.34, 12.096, 12.852, 13.608, 14.364, 15.12, etc
The pyramid was built a a truncated edifice with a flat floor altar at 453.6' (264 Royal cubits of 20.61818182"). One side length of the Great Pyramid was 9072", of which 1/800th increment was 11.34". The Station stones rectangle at Stonehenge was 264' X 113.4'.
The progression advances to finally generate the value 130636800' (the equatorial circumference of the Earth under the 5250' mile system).
DISTANCE TO THE INNER EDGE OF THE SECOND OUTER RING.
This is.9072" and the progression that stems from this goes:
.9072, 19144, 2.7216, 3.6288, 4.536, 5.4432, etc. the progression produces values based upon the navigation system encoded into the Great Pyramid's dimensions.
The sum of 9072" was the length of the Great Pyramid and 453.6' was its vertical height to the altar floor. The sum of 36288" was the inch value for one circumnavigation of the Great Pyramid (3024' X 12) and 362880' was 1-degree of equatorial arc under that navigational system.
The progression advances to finally generate the value 130636800' (the equatorial circumference of the Earth under the 5250' mile system).
This diameter would have been dual read as .9075" as well to generate values under the English mile navigational system.
The North-South measurement is .9" and this generates the 9 X table, in-part memorised by school children since time immemorial:
.9, 1.8, 2.7, 3.6, 4.5, 5.4, 6.3, 7.2, 8.1, 9, 9.9, 10.8, 11.7, 12.6, 13.5, 14.4, 15.3, 16.2, etc. The progression advances to produce 130636800' for the equatorial circumference of the Earth.
DISTANCE TO THE CENTRE OF THE SECOND RING TROUGH
This was coded to be .93312" East-West and a mathematical progression stemming from this generates the following values:
.93312, 186624, 2.79936, 3.73248, 4.6656, 5.59872, 6.53184, etc.
The ancient weight for the Sumerian/Babylonian Talent was 933120 grains and this related to the equatorial circumference of the Earth in feet. Therefore, 130636800 ÷ 933120 = 140. Likewise, the sum of 186624' = 1/700th of the equatorial circumference and 653184' = 1/200th of the circuit around the Earth.
This diameter would have been dual read as.9333333 as well to generate values under the English mile navigational system (given in feet). Therefore, 130680000 ÷ 933333.333333 (continuous) = 140. Likewise, 1/700th would be 186666.66666 (continuous) and 1/200th would be 653400'.
The North-South diameter is .9375" and the progression that is generated from this root value goes:
.9375, 1.875, 2.8125, 3.75, 4.6875, 5.625, 6.5625, 7.5, 8.4375, 9.375, 10.3125, 11.25, etc. The progression goes on to produce 130636800' for the equatorial circumference. This progression would have been useful within the 360-degree system and breaking the compass down into 384 divisions.
DISTANCE TO THE OUTER EDGE OF THE SECOND RING
The East-West diameter of this rim is .96" and generates the following numbers:
.96, 1.92, 2.88, 3.84, 4.8, 5.76, 6.72, 7.68, 8.64, 9.6, 10.56, 11.52, 12.48, 13.44, 14.4, 15.36, 16.32, 17.28, 18.24, 19.2, 20.16, 21.12, 23.04, 24, etc. The progression continues to generate a whole raft of navigational, Precessional, etc., values. The ancient Irish mile was 6720', the sum of 2016' was 20 seconds of equatorial arc or 1/3rd of 1-minute of arc, etc.
The progression advances to finally generate the value 130636800' (the equatorial circumference of the Earth under the 5250' mile system).
The North-South diameter is .972 (243/250ths) and this generates the following progression:
.972, 1.944, 2.916, 3.888, 4.86, 5.832, 6.804, 7.776, 8.748, 9.72, 10.692, 11.664, 12.636, 13.608, 14.58, 15.552, 16.524, 17.496, 18.468, 19.44, etc.
Again, this string relates to what Julius Caesar said about the druidic preoccupation of lecturing concerning "the magnitude of the Earth and its divisions", in values of 1/2, 1/4, 1/8th, 1/16th, 1/32nd, 1/64tn, 1/128th, 1/256th, etc. In this line-up the sum of 1555.2-miles would be 1/8th of the 24883.2-mile circumference.
DISTANCE TO THE INNER EDGE OF THE THIRD RING
The East-West diameter is 1.024 and generates the following progression:
1.024, 2.048, 3.072, 4.096, 5.12, 6.144, 7.168, 8.192, 9.216, etc. The progression goes on to produce 1536, 2560 and ultimately 130636800' for a full equatorial circumference of 24883.2 Greek miles.
The North-South diameter is 1.03125" and generates the following progression:
1.03125, 2.0625, 3.09375, 4.125, 5.15625, 6.1875, 7.21875, 8.25, 9.28125, 10.3125, etc. The progression goes on to produce 20.625, 2640, 5280, 16500, etc.,or the increments of the 2nd navigational system that used a mile of 5280 feet.
The progression is, of course, based upon increases of the Egyptian Royal cubit of 20.625". Interestingly, the length of Noah's arc was said to be 300 cubits and if the "11" based cubit was used, that would equate to 515.625'.
This diameter on the dodecahedron mnemonic device would have been equally read as 1.030909090 and relate to the Egyptian Royal cubit of 20.61818182". By this means the literal navigational system encoded into the Great Pyramid's base perimeter would come into play.
The progression advances to finally generate the value 130680000' (the equatorial circumference of the Earth under the 5280' mile system).
DISTANCE TO THE TROUGH CENTRE OF THE THIRD RING
The East-West diameter is 1.05" and generates the following mathematical progression:
1.05, 2.1, 3.15, 4.2, 5.25, 6.3, 7.35, 8.4, 9.45, 10.5, 11.55, 12.6, 13.65, 14.7, 15.75, 16.8, 17.85, 18.9, 19.95, 21, etc. The progression goes on to generate 2551.2, 2835, 5250, 6300 etc.
This value, as 10.5' or 126" was the Hebrew Reed, as well as a reed equivalent increment used under the measurement system adopted by the Greeks, with a foot of 12.6". The value 2551.5 in days would equate to 7.2 lunar years and this value was essential to tracking the moon during 7-solar years (2556.25-days) under the lunisolar Sabbatical Calendar system, The 2835 figure represents the perimeter total, in feet, for a full circumnavigation of the Khafre Pyramid, conceived and built to be 708.75' per side or 15/16th the side length of the Great Pyramid. The 5250 figure is the Greek mile and 6300' would be 10 stadia.
The progression goes on to generate 130636800' for the equatorial circumference. There would be 12441600 reeds of 10.5' in the equatorial circumference. The value 12441.6 is half of 24883.2.
The North-South diameter is 1.056" and thereby, all of the "11" based measurement increments come into play for the 5280' mile navigational system. The progression would run:
1.056, 2.112, 3.168, 4.224, 5.28, 6.336, 7.392, 8.448, 9.504, 10.56, 11.616, 12.672, 13.728, 14.784, 15.84, etc. The progression would generate a raft of important values like 2640, 6336, 7920, etc., all the way to the equatorial circumference of the Earth in feet. The sum of 1056' would be 1/5th of a mile and 1584-miles would be 1/5th of the Earth's diameter (7920-miles).
The progression advances to finally generate the value 130680000' (the equatorial circumference of the Earth under the 5280' mile system).
DISTANCE TO THE OUTER RIM OF THE THIRD RING
The diameter East-West is 1.08864" and this generates the following progression:
1.08864, 2.17728, 3.26592, 4.35456, 5.4432, 6.53184, 7.62048, 8.70912, 9.79776, 10.8864, 11.97504, 13.06368. Remember, the equatorial size of the Earth under the so-called Greek system of navigation was 130636800'. The sum of 108864' (20.736-Greek miles of 5250') would equate to 1/1200th of the equatorial circumference. Remember also that the largest Egyptian Royal cubit was 20.736".
The North-South diameter measures 1.089" and generates the following progression:
1.089, 2.178, 3.267, 4.356, 5.445, 6.534, 7.623, 8.712, 9.801, 10.89, 11.979, 13.068. Remember, the equatorial size of the Earth under the English system of navigation was 130636800'. The sum of 108900' (20.625-miles of 5280') would equate to 1/1200th of the equatorial circumference. Remember also that the 2nd largest Egyptian Royal cubit was 20.625".
Again, the code-bearing AutoCAD ellipse circles generated give the best possible fit to the centre hole and outlying concentric circles.
